Responsibilities:

  • Drive, track, monitor and compile division level progress & reports for organisational level meetings and submission
  • Staff and coordinate organisation level projects
  • Staff as secretary for divisional meeting
  • Assist in developing divisions external engagement processes and SOP with guidance of Head Secretariat
  • Work with relevant departments to identify and expand sources of information, as well as collate and analyse the info in a timely manner for decision making
  • Develop and manage process to fuse collated info, filter matters of concern and channel to related department for ops actions and control
  • Assist Head Secretariat in establishing and operationalising symbiotic policies and engagement platforms

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships with stakeholders
  • Good communication (oral & written) and presentation skills
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
