Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and service the performance of port calls entering the Area (Singapore, South East Asia and Oceania).
  • Monitor the execution of the port call and work closely with Operations to ensure that customer expectations are met.
  • Manage the customers' requirements as per the established Service Agreement.
  • Proactively follow up, check and approve suppliers' invoices.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or similar discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in shipping industry. 
  • Ability and aptitude to learn is a must. Training can be provided to bring the candidate up to speed with the requisite knowledge to perform the job.


Working Location: Clementi

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3,200
