Responsibilities:
- Source for candidates through posting of advertisements across various job boards.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone calls and interview candidates to access their fit for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on the recruitment process for potential candidates.
- Understand from hiring managers their staffing needs to develop effective strategies.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Support career fairs or other recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business or equivalent
- No experience needed (Training provided)
- Screen calls for Chinese-Language Teacher candidates, knowledge of Chinese is essential
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Working Location: Queenstown
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm
