Responsibilities:

  • Source for candidates through posting of advertisements across various job boards.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone calls and interview candidates to access their fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on the recruitment process for potential candidates.
  • Understand from hiring managers their staffing needs to develop effective strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Support career fairs or other recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business or equivalent 
  • No experience needed (Training provided)
  • Screen calls for Chinese-Language Teacher candidates, knowledge of Chinese is essential
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Working Location: Queenstown

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm
