Responsibilities:

  • Promote and build good industrial relations by working closely with union leaders, members and management partners, to achieve a harmonious industrial relations climate that will bring the maximum benefits to the workers.
  • Handle grievances, resolve conflicts and negotiate collective agreements to secure the welfare for the workers.
  • Advocate practices to help workers up-skill and enhance productivity, resulting in better wages and improve lives.
  • Plan and organise activities of varying scales to engage members and improve labour management relations.

Requirements:

  • Good degree/diploma in any discipline, with varying years of working experience
  • Entry Level applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to think on-the-feet
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
