Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Asia.
- Identify key market segments, customers, and geographical regions for sales growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Possess good contacts with key decision makers in this industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable deals with clients.
- Possess a deep understanding of water and wastewater treatment technologies and processes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field and assess their potential applicability to our product offerings.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during pre-sales consultations and project implementation phases.
- Evaluate new technologies and innovations in water and wastewater treatment, assessing their feasibility and compatibility with existing product lines.
- Collaborate with design, proposal, and engineering teams to customize and integrate new technologies into our solutions portfolio.
- Drive initiatives to pilot and test new technologies in real-world applications, gathering feedback and data for further refinement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles within the water and wastewater treatment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Experience in selling complex technical solutions and integrating new technologies into product offerings.
- In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and systems.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Asia as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
