Responsibilities:
- Attend to all customers' enquiries.
- Ensure that all appointments are handled without delay and assigned to operations.
- Engage actively to find solutions to solve customers' requests and complaints.
- Follow up, collect, check and allocate supplier's invoices to correct port call.
Requirements:
- Able to commit to 3 months of service, contract renewable subjected to business requirement.
- Entry level welcome to apply (Training provided)
- Min Nitec qualification
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to start work immediately
Working Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
