Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all customers' enquiries.
  • Ensure that all appointments are handled without delay and assigned to operations.
  • Engage actively to find solutions to solve customers' requests and complaints.
  • Follow up, collect, check and allocate supplier's invoices to correct port call.

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to 3 months of service, contract renewable subjected to business requirement.
  • Entry level welcome to apply (Training provided)
  • Min Nitec qualification
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start work immediately

Working Location: Clementi

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
