Responsibilities:

  • Assess various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including but not limiting to payroll processing, benefits, statutory claims/survey, insurance, work pass administration, on/off boarding, drafting of
  • HR/employment related letters and timely submission of reports
  • Manage and facilitate performance management system/campaign
  • Develop training plans and identify learning opportunities for employee development
  • Participate in the draft/review and implementation of policies, procedures and program initiatives
  • Support general office administration duties as and when required





Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business or HR disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience for Executive role and at least 4 years of experience for Senior Executive role
  • Responsible, analytical, organized and meticulous
  • A team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good in Excel, formulas and PivotTable
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience
  • Good working knowledge in payroll, Employment Act
