Responsibilities:

  • Meal Planning: Creating customized meal plans based on employers' preferences, dietary needs, and nutritional requirements.
  • Grocery Shopping: Purchasing the necessary ingredients for meals, including sourcing specialty items and fresh produce.
  • Cooking: Preparing a variety of Indian dishes
  • Must be able to communicate with employer to receive feedback and adjust meal plans as needed.
  • Special Events: Providing catering services for parties, gatherings, and special occasions.
  • Dietary Management: Keeping up to date with the latest nutritional information to accommodate special diets, allergies, and food intolerances.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in cooking for at least 3 years
  • Exceptional proven ability in managing kitchen operation, budget and procurement.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Adaptable, organized, and skilled in various cooking techniques especially in North Indian cuisine
  • Good grooming standards and personal presentation
