Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Marcom team to oversee and execute all strategy, branding,
    marketing, partnerships, communications and content creation activities.
  • Work closely with appointed PR agency for the launch of the mobile app to the office community, visitors and shoppers.
  • To facilitate a connected, vibrant and inclusive place making initiatives aim at increasing the profile of the portfolio, wellbeing and a sense of belonging by the community.
  • Build partnerships with tenants and external vendors to develop and execute community engagement programs, events and activities.
  • Strategize and execute two A&P campaigns per year, mainly
    Christmas and Chinese New Year.
  • To negotiate and secure media representative for media advertising sites.
  • To prepare, present and monitor annual budgets and to manage actual
    expenses within approved budget.
  • Reporting to the deputy CEO.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing or equivalent
  • Min 8 years of experience in marketing, communications and digital marketing or related work experience
  • Must be in a Managerial position and having lead a team of staff (more than 5) for at least 5 years.
  • Excellent understanding of current digital marketing best practices

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $11,000
