Laboratory Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide directions and advice to Management, Lab Managers on all technical and lab operational aspects.
• Manage the smooth running of day-to-day lab operations.
• Work across departments and contribute to strong quality compliance.
• Participate and prepare for new laboratory projects, new services as and when required.
• Prepare and lead Laboratory team for all quality and regulatory audits.
• Work closely with Medical Director, Lab Director, Country Director and Quality Manager for any laboratory-related issues that require technical/operational reviews and execution.
• Provide training and development, continuing education including speaking engagements.

Requirements:

• PhD in Biomedical/ Biotechnology or any other life sciences with at least 3 years in Laboratory management/ supervisory experience.
• Experience and strong technical knowledge in stem cells, or genetics/molecular diagnostics.

Working Location: Great World City

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
