Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Technical Officer and Engineer to manage the contractors in day-to-day operations. 
• Carry out preventive maintenance programme, routine inspection of mechanical and electrical installations.
• Attend to tenants complaints, carry out investigation, and repair work.
• Check and supervise contractors works.
• Record plants operating conditions, utilities meters consumption
• Documentation of breakdown and repair works
• Monitor spare part inventory and usage

Requirements:

• Min Nitec qualification in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Facilities Management/Building Services 
• 2 years of experience in service, maintenance, and repair work
• Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
