About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Administration Executive to support daily office operations and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing office management, HR coordination, travel planning, and stakeholder support.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations while enhancing employee experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Travel & Calendar Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries, visas if applicable)
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for senior management and external stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and business travel

Office Administration & Operations

  • Oversee office facilities management, supplies, vendors, and pantry services
  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient workplace environment
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain internal contact databases
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers

Events & Employee Engagement

  • Plan and support company events, team-building activities, and wellness programmes
  • Draft and manage internal communications (announcements, updates, engagement content)

HR Administration

  • Provide HR admin support, including documentation, coordination, and employee records
  • Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR operations

Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned


Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration and/or office management
  • Hands-on experience in travel coordination (air tickets, hotels, itineraries)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A self-starter who is adaptable, resourceful, and a strong team player
