About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Office Administration Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role focuses on office management, administrative coordination, and supporting senior management, with some exposure to HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities to maintain an efficient workplace
- Handle calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Maintain internal records, documentation, and employee databases
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Support internal communications, company events, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or HR support
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
