About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Office Administration Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role focuses on office management, administrative coordination, and supporting senior management, with some exposure to HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities to maintain an efficient workplace
  • Handle calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Maintain internal records, documentation, and employee databases
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Support internal communications, company events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or HR support
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
