Senior / Medical Social Worker

The social worker plays a critical role in the care of patients. You will provide psycho-social support for patients and their families, including psycho-social and financial assessment, casework, counselling and home-visits and work closely with other multi-disciplinary professionals. You are also required to liaise with community service organisations and agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
• Registered with the Singapore Association of Social Workers for Social Workers
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a healthcare environment and 5 years' experience for Senior role
• Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferred
