The candidate will generally be responsible for the handling of all corporate secretarial matters of the Group within established timelines, which shall include:

  • Preparation of board/ board committee and shareholders agendas and resolutions
  • Preparation for, organisation and conduct of board /board committee meetings, including recording of minutes of meetings
  • Attending to queries from board members
  • Ensuring compliance with all company secretariat statutory (including licences) requirements of all Group-wide entities (both local and overseas) such as filing of resolutions, filing of annual returns with ACRA, and working with overseas secretariat agents
  • Incorporation of new entities, locally and overseas
  • Maintenance of various Corporate Secretarial databases


  • Possess relevant company secretarial qualifications to act as a Company Secretary of a Singapore incorporated company
  • At least 6-12 years of related experience in a corporate secretarial role (Senior candidate may be considered for a Team Lead role)
  • Good knowledge of statutory requirement of the Companies Act and other relevant government legislations
  • Good professional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and have initiative
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and deliver in a timely manner
