This internship offers a unique opportunity to interact directly with clients, understand their financial needs, and support them through various investment processes. Youll work closely with internal teams and gain practical experience in client servicing, application processing, and financial product operationsall within a dynamic capital markets environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client queries across multiple financial products.
- Respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist walk-in clients with investment-related inquiries and documentation.
- Accept and verify manual applications and supporting documents.
- Witness DRP issuance and support clients through onboarding processes.
- Screen applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with Operations for unit creation, bank transfer confirmations, and other service-related tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and application statuses.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability during peak business periods.

Candidate Profile:
- Following a Bachelors Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management & Finance or following a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA & CIM.
- Strong interest in capital markets and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced financial environment.
