Manager - Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and drive financial excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements
• Support annual report preparation and coordinate audits
• Submit quarterly financials to regulatory authorities (SEC)
• Review management accounts and ensure accuracy of accounting entries
• Oversee daily financial operations including JEs, payments, and reconciliations
• Handle tax computations and statutory filings (VAT, SSC, CIT, Deferred Tax)
• Monitor related party transactions and financial compliance
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and process improvements
  
  

Candidate Profile: 

• Member of CA Sri Lanka.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA / CIMA qualification would be an added advantage.
• 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar role (preferably in financial services)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance (CSE, SEC, CBSL)
• Experience with accounting systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
