Senior Executive – IT DevOps & Cloud

We are seeking a driven and technically capable Senior Executive to support and advance our DevOps practices, cloud-native initiatives, and automation capabilities. This role works closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to streamline delivery pipelines and improve system observability.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery workflows.
• Manage and support Kubernetes-based container (Docker) orchestration and cloud-native deployments on AWS and/or Azure.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system health and performance visibility.
• Develop scripts and automation solutions using Python and/or Bash to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to support scalable, reliable deployments.
• Maintain cloud environment configurations and assist with cost and performance optimisation.
• Provide occasional 1st and 2nd level application support when required.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerisation (Docker).
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and/or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
