Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
• Communicate effectively with IT to ensure accurate development and implementation.
• Coordinate development tasks, track progress, and manage timelines.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality pre- and post-deployment.
• Investigate and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT, providing manual calculations when necessary.
• Continuously monitor and improve system and business processes to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
• Perform manual validations to ensure system output accuracy during testing or issue resolution.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in business/system analysis, preferably in asset management. Strong in UAT, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination
