We are hiring an Executive Operations to join our team and play a vital role in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-focused financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely confirmation, processing, and settlement of equity trades in line with market standards.
• Handle client onboarding and KYC documentation in compliance with SEC and CSE regulatory norms.
• Provide daily operational support to clients on trade execution, account status, settlements, and transaction inquiries.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with IT and system teams to identify process gaps and contribute to system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree / Background in Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office operations within a stockbroking or financial services environment.
• A good understanding of trading, CDS operations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
• Working with tech teams is an added advantage.
