About the job Executive - Operations (Unit Trust)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our Operations team (Unit Trust). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back-office financial operations and a passion for delivering timely, accurate, and efficient service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with external issuers to ensure timely collection and completion of essential documentation such as WHT (Withholding Tax) documents and investment certificates.
- Reconcile inward collections to ensure timely and accurate fund allocations to appropriate accounts.
- Finalize and allocate fund valuations in a timely and precise manner.
- Manage and resolve client requests within agreed SLA timelines.
- Provide support for account opening processes during periods of high volume.
- Process and execute internal and external client transfers with 100% accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Liaise with external parties to assist in documentation completion.
- Prepare ad hoc documentation for both client and internal purposes, as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office operations within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
