Intern - IT

What you'll do: 

• Work closely with IT and business teams to understand how technology supports daily operations at CAL.
• Contribute to internal software development and automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, or Python scripts.
• Support data cleansing, visualization, and analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to understand how data flows across systems, from collection and storage to dashboards and insights.
• Explore the fundamentals of AI and automation and assist in testing or improving internal digital tools.
• Gain hands-on experience with cloud computing concepts and assist with tasks in Azure or AWS environments.
• Learn about cybersecurity best practices and contribute to maintaining system integrity and access control.
• Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services, including user account setup, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive access.
• Support basic troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Help maintain network connectivity and contribute to system maintenance activities under supervision.

What We're Looking For

• Undergraduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic learner with a curious mindset and passion for exploring multiple IT domains.
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, or software development is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
