Specific Educational/Vocational Requirements

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Educational qualifications (one of the following):

  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy.

  • Masters degree in a Physical Therapy-related field and a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.

  • Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

• Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy.
