About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Executive – HORECA to manage and grow strategic relationships with premium hospitality customers, including 4 & 5-star hotels, airline companies, catering companies, and golf clubs.

The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG sales experience in the UAE market, a proven track record in key account management, and an established network within the hospitality sector. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can develop business opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales, profitability, and market share within assigned HORECA key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across hotels, airlines, catering companies, and golf clubs.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory/channel.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, business plans, and customer development activities to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage key account performance through sales analysis, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and profitability reviews.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful execution of account strategies.

Requirements

  • English & Arabic Language.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE FMCG sales experience in a Key Account Executive role.
  • Strong existing network and relationships with 4 & 5-star hotels and HORECA customers in Dubai.
  • Proven experience in key account management, business development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of sales reports, ROI analysis, P&L management, and commercial performance tracking.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong planning and time management skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Up to AED 14,000 per month
  • Performance Commission: Up to AED 3,000 per month
