Synopsis
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of bug fixes, enhancements, and new releases across key business systems and digital products. You will collaborate closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to align requirements with product capabilities, ensure smooth adoption, and continuously improve performance and usability.
By leveraging automation, analytics, and data models, you will help optimize decision-making, improve user experience, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will be accountable for ensuring data quality, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and enabling scalable, innovative solutions.
Accountabilities
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of bug fixes, enhancements, and new features in partnership with technology and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product roadmaps and ensure smooth adoption across users and stakeholders.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), define test scenarios, and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure successful product releases.
- Monitor system usage and user behaviors, provide actionable feedback, and implement initiatives to improve usability and adoption.
- Define, track, and manage key product KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive automation and data-driven enhancements by developing models, applying machine learning techniques, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with analysts and technical teams to ensure high standards of data quality and integrity across product inputs and outputs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including building business cases, implementation, and change management.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in technology, digital platforms, or data-driven products.
- Proven track record in managing product roadmaps, delivering system upgrades, and leading user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Databricks, or similar.
- Experience with automation, data modeling, and machine learning techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
