About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting RFID, tracking, and IoT-based solutions to corporate clients. The role involves identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and asset management.
Promote RFID solutions, tracking systems, automation tools, and related technology services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
Ensure post-sales coordination with technical and project teams.
Market Research & Strategy
Track competitor offerings and industry trends.
Identify emerging market needs and potential sectors for expansion.
Provide feedback to management on pricing, demand, and product positioning.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Coordinate internally for smooth delivery and customer onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, RFID, automation, or software solutions.
Experience selling to enterprise clients or industrial sectors is an advantage.
