Job Title - Head of Trade Marketing & E-commerce

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy for the online and offline sales channels of the store chain
  • Manage and grow the product site on Shopify
  • Ensure product listings are complete and kept up to date
  • Oversee website SEO optimization
  • Set up and manage Google Ads
  • Manage and promote Instagram
  • Work with bloggers and influencers
  • Drive traffic to the website and to the retail stores
  • Increase conversion from store/website visitors into sales
  • Grow online and offline sales
  • Manage the company's marketing calendar
  • Plan and execute trade-marketing activities across the retail network
  • Develop and run seasonal campaigns, special offers, and events to attract customers
  • Design sales-growth and in-store traffic stimulation mechanics
  • Coordinate with suppliers and their marketing teams to organize joint promotional activities
  • Prepare and oversee the placement of POSM materials in retail locations
  • Plan marketing support for new products and seasonal collections
  • Analyze the effectiveness of trade-marketing activities
  • Develop and promote the company's online store
  • Attract targeted traffic to the e-commerce site and to the chain's retail stores
  • Analyze marketing metrics, the performance of advertising campaigns, and ROI
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, and analyze consumer behavior
  • Prepare proposals to increase store traffic and drive sales growth
  • Manage agencies, advertising contractors, and external marketing partners
  • Lead the marketing team and participate in its further development

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience as a marketing lead/manager such as Marketing Head, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Head of Digital Marketing
  • Total marketing experience of at least 10 years
  • Mandatory experience in e-commerce within the last 2–3 years
  • Practical experience in retail companies
  • In-depth understanding of trade marketing and offline in-store traffic acquisition tools
  • Experience with marketing calendars and seasonal planning of activities
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers and delivering joint marketing projects
  • Experience with Shopify is an advantage
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and digital promotion channels
  • Experience growing Instagram and working with influencers
  • Experience managing a marketing team and contractors
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs
  • We consider candidates from retail chains of children's products, toys, cosmetics, perfumery, fashion retail, accessories, and electronics
  • Experience in children's retail is an advantage
  • English: B2 level or higher
