Senior Project Manager

Job Title - Senior Project Manager 

Our client is building a modern cross-border payments and financial infrastructure platform (exchange, clearing, messaging, digital currency) for banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

Profile summary

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software or fintech projects
* Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team projects on time and within scope
* Strong skills in planning, tracking, and reporting (roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues)
* Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
* Comfortable coordinating between product, engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and external partners
* Skilled in running stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level updates
* Proficient with common project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
* Able to structure documentation: project charters, RAID logs, status reports, and action trackers

Bonus: experience in payments, FX, cross-border transfers, ISO 20022/SWIFT, or banking/regulated environments

Engagement

* Full-time role focused on end-to-end project planning, coordination, and delivery for Xabeta platform initiatives

Languages and location

* Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)
* Location: strong preference for UAE, Dubai, with flexibility for remote candidates who are highly qualified
