About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across food and beverage or restaurant operations. This role focuses on developing impactful campaigns, strengthening brand presence, and supporting business performance in a competitive hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.

Define annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs to support customer growth and sales performance.

Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.

Campaign Management & Execution

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in-store promotions, and partnerships.

Manage seasonal, promotional, and product launch campaigns to drive footfall and sales.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Brand & Communications Management

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touch points.

Oversee creative development for marketing materials, menus, signage, and digital assets.

Manage PR activities, media relations, and brand communications where applicable.

Digital & Performance Marketing

Manage digital channels including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and online platforms.

Analyze performance metrics such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Use insights and data to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitive activity.

Track customer feedback and behavior to improve offerings and marketing initiatives.

Provide insights to leadership on market opportunities and brand performance.

Stakeholder & Budget Management

Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.

6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably within food & beverage or restaurant industries.

Strong experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and brand development.

Proven ability to drive customer engagement and commercial results.

Experience working closely with operations and leadership teams.
