About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our software and IT solutions business. The successful candidate will drive new business acquisition, manage key accounts, and work closely with product and delivery teams to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IT solutions (software development, ERP, custom applications) across sectors including healthcare, finance, manufacturing and others.
Identify and engage new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, networking and strategic partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations and demos, proposal preparation, negotiation, deal closure and contract sign-off.
Oversee and grow key client accounts: maintain strong relationships, understand their business and technical needs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure service delivery excellence.
Coordinate with product, technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with solution capabilities, tailor proposals accordingly and ensure seamless hand-over post-sale.
Maintain and update CRM systems with pipeline activity, forecasts, client interactions, competitor intelligence and sales performance data.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews for senior management, and contribute insights for product and market strategy.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, market demands and emerging technologies to inform sales tactics and value propositions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client workshops to build brand presence and drive leads.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 57 years of sales experience in IT services or software solutions, with a proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of software services, enterprise solutions, digital transformation, ERP/automation and ability to articulate business value to clients.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; able to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, pipeline management and strong commercial acumen.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the UAE and region as required.
