About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth by identifying new clients, promoting corporate service solutions, and building strong professional relationships. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting revenue expansion across business and investment service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients through networking, research, and outbound outreach.
Generate new business opportunities across corporate and professional service sectors.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution briefings.
Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable service solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and professional communication.
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations in a timely manner.
Sales Performance & Targets
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
Support contract discussions and closing processes.
Market Awareness & Reporting
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and industry developments.
Provide feedback to management on client needs and market demand.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Participate in events, networking forums, and promotional activities.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Coordinate documentation, compliance requirements, and service delivery timelines.
Ensure proper handover of clients after deal closure.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of sales experience in corporate services, consulting, finance, or similar sectors preferred.
Fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
