About the job HR Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, payroll, training, and development. A minimum of 4 years of UAE experience and at least 8 years of overall experience in HR are required for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in managing group of companies. Arabic or European nationality is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and local regulations.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts, working to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment, payroll, training, and development.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in the UAE, with a thorough understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel on-site for recruitment purposes as needed.
