Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to optimize productivity.
  • Manage daily operations, including staff management, inventory, and customer inquiries.

  • Ensure facility compliance, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Mentor and manage floor staff, receptionists, technicians, and cleaners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and train employees accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective event advertisements and campaigns.
  • Monitor operational progress and provide regular reports to management.
  • Host and lead customer events, ensuring safety and enjoyment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Entertainment & Leisure.
  • Experience working with children (ages 0-12) and families in recreational settings.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
