About the job Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to optimize productivity.
- Manage daily operations, including staff management, inventory, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure facility compliance, safety, and cleanliness.
- Mentor and manage floor staff, receptionists, technicians, and cleaners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and train employees accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing for effective event advertisements and campaigns.
- Monitor operational progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Host and lead customer events, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Entertainment & Leisure.
- Experience working with children (ages 0-12) and families in recreational settings.
- Proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
