Sales Executive

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or design industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
• Strong understanding of the architectural and interior design industry (a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design presentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Valid UAE Driving License mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable projects for the firm.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the firm's capabilities and expertise.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure project proposals align with client requirements.
• Assist in project budgeting and negotiation of contracts.
• Track and report on sales activities and performance against set targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Nationality preference: Lebanese, Algerian, Italian, French, South African, or Filipino
