Job Summary: We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. The candidate should be proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve digital marketing strategies. Additionally, experience with market research, competitive benchmarking, marketing automation systems, GA4, MMPs, ecommerce, and mobile apps is essential.


  1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  2. Utilize expertise in SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to the website.
  3. Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  4. Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence, increase followers, and drive engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  5. Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  6. Create high-quality content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  7. Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital marketing strategies.
  8. Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Marketing Measurement Platforms (MMPs) to track KPIs and optimize campaigns for better results.
  9. Implement marketing automation systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign management.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles in the UAE, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  3. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Marketing Measurement Platforms (MMPs) to track and analyze campaign performance.
  5. Experience with marketing automation systems and familiarity with ecommerce and mobile apps marketing.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
