Job Title: Accountant
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 7,000/month
Notice Period: Up to 30 days

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 5+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE, to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. Experience in the real estate or property development sector is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger functions

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements

• Support internal and external audits

• Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal departments

• Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in real estate or development companies is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Available to join within 30 days
