Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified Workshop Superintendent to oversee operations at our workshop facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma certification along with extensive experience in fabrication or oil and gas field operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop facility, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Supervise workshop staff and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks.
• Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to plan and prioritize work activities and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including inventory management, equipment maintenance logs, and safety inspections.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma certification in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a workshop superintendent or similar role within the oil, gas, or fabrication industry.
• Strong background in fabrication techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Must be currently available in the UAE and willing to join immediately.
• Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
