Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, filing, and distribution of engineering documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, etc.).
  • Implement and maintain a document control system, ensuring proper version control and revision tracking.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive document filing system for easy retrieval of information.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist with the transmittal of documents to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a document register and database.
  • Archive project documents according to company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of document control procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing and controlling engineering documents.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
