About the job Personal Assistant to CEO
Responsibilities:
- Answering the CEO's emails and phone calls
- Scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Draft correspondence such as emails, contracts, and letters
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
- Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;
- Compiling documents for travel-related meetings
- Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all requirements are made e.g., meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
- Researches, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming
- commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Requirements
- Appropriate to the image of the company, a professional image must be reflected
- and worn at all times within the organization and towards the clients
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills
- Excellent skill set in Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- Good organizational attitude and ability to remind/follow up on all open matters.
- Good communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Flexibility
- Enjoy working in a team environment / Happy to undertake lone working
- Self-motivated
