Videographer

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years experience as a videographer, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your videography skills and ability to create captivating videos.
• Proficiency in videography equipment, including cameras, tripods, lighting, and audio devices.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of videography techniques, composition, lighting, and audio capture.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends, target audiences, and marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, with an eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with real estate agents, property owners, and the marketing team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• A passion for storytelling and the ability to create narratives through video.
