Job Description:

  • Conduct direct sales activities to promote and sell a wide range of banking products.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, and networking, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs, providing personalized advice, and offering suitable banking solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers, while addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, timely documentation, and follow-up on sales leads, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
