About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Manager - Administration to support our 300MW Gas Power Project in Gabon, Africa and existing 60MW Solar Project. The role involves setting up and managing guest houses and site offices, overseeing resources, administration budgets, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest House & Office Management

Set up new guest houses and site office facilities at Lambaréné, Port-Gentil, and Owendo Port Libreville for the 300MW Gas Power Project.

Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all guest houses and site offices for both the gas and solar projects.

Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and coordinate with tradespersons (e.g. electricians).

Manage daily operations including scheduling, communication, facilities management, and procurement of supplies.
Resources Hiring & Management

Recruit and train outsourced personnel for guest house and site office operations (maids, drivers, office staff, housekeeping).

Monitor office inventory and ensure procurement within budgetary constraints.

Organize and supervise office activities such as recycling, renovations, and event planning.
Planning & Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and implement administrative procedures and systems, streamlining processes for efficiency.

Prepare administration budgets and monitor costs and expenses for effective budget control.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Management

Control petty expenses through site imprest accounts across all locations.

Prepare and submit periodic reports on administrative, guest house, and office expenses.
Key Requirements

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in industrial or project environments.

Strong experience in guest house, facility, and office management.

Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage outsourced staff.

Good knowledge of budget planning and cost control.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to relocate to Gabon after initial period in India and travel as per project needs.
