Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Hamriyah Free Zone Phase 2, Sharjah, UAE

Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will support daily HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. This role involves recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance tracking, employee engagement activities, and assisting with compliance and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  2. Assist in the onboarding process including documentation, orientation, and induction.
  3. Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
  4. Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and company ID cards.
  5. Monitor employee attendance, track leave applications, and coordinate related reports for payroll processing.
  6. Support compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
  7. Coordinate employee medical insurance, visa renewals, and other statutory procedures.
  8. Address basic employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Assist in planning and executing employee welfare and engagement activities.
  10. Draft HR-related letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, and warning letters.
  11. Help maintain HR documentation required for audits, ISO, or internal reviews.
  12. Othe duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in HR

1 - 3 years of experience in HR role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

Knowledge of UAE labor laws is advantage

Valid UAE DL with own car is preferred.

Salary:

AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month based on qualification and experience.
