About the job Receptionist & General Admin

As the Receptionist and General Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing front desk responsibilities and providing administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Handling patient registration and updating patient records accurately
  • Coordinating with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow
  • Assisting with billing and processing payments
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Providing general administrative support to the clinic, including managing correspondence, ordering office supplies, and handling other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental clinic
  • A total of 5 years of overall work experience in the UAE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be a plus)
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
