Landscape Architect

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of architectural drawings and develop conceptual ideas, reference images.
• Effectively uncover clients needs and provide compelling solutions.
• Efficiently create unique, desirable, artistic, and inspirational landscape designs
• Concept and schematic proposal of projects with associate architects
• Interact with Client & Consultants regarding changes and further requirements.
• Prepare Auto-Cad drawing ,3D models, layout, presentation.
• Material selection and material palate
• Accurately prepare construction drawings and takeoffs.
• Prepare Paving pattern, Formation level plan, lighting layouts, construction drawings and detailed drawings.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-4 years experience in Landscape and Pool industry.
  
• Must have bachelor of architect degree.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion
• British personality depicted appearance preferred.
• Driving License
• Lebanese, Algerian, Italian, French, South African and Filipino nationalities are preferred.
