Requirements:

• Minimum 5years experience in UAE for standard level or 7 years of home country experience for beginner level
• Diploma in Computerized Drafting/ Civil Engineering
• Ability to work meeting deadlines.
• Designing Skills.
• Technical Knowledge related to projects.
• Understanding of Document Numbering Systems
• Document Management Basics
• Knowledge of Drawing standards
• Awareness of Construction Project Lifecycle
  

Software Skills:

• Auto CAD
• MS Project Professional / Primavera
• Microsoft Office Package
• One Drive
• SharePoint
• General Computer Usage
  

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate technical drawings based on engineering designs and specifications.
• Ensure drawings adhere to relevant design standards and guidelines.
• Utilize drafting techniques to produce detailed and precise drawings.
• Translate conceptual ideas and sketches into technical drawings.
• Familiarize oneself with industry-specific design standards and regulations.
• Apply knowledge of design standards to ensure compliance in drawings.
• Proficiently use AutoCAD or other drafting software to create and modify drawings.
• Stay updated on software updates and advancements to optimize drawing processes.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in drawings.
• Maintain consistency in drawing style and formatting throughout projects.
• Communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate drawings seamlessly into project workflows.
• Manage project workflows efficiently to meet deadlines and milestones.
  Organize drawing files and documentation systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
