Job Title - Sales Manager 

PRIME FUNCTIONS

External:
Day to day account management of existing client.
Growing and developing new accounts through prospecting and lead follow up
Front line maintenance, repair and calibration of admixture dispensing systems
Daily sales and service call reporting via Microsoft based tools
Work independently for long periods of time
Service existing and prospective accounts in assigned territory in accordance with companys policies and programs
Reflect both in personal demeanor and professional integrity the mission/vision of the company to customers
Analyze customers needs and formulate solutions using all resources made available by company
Aggressively seek new customers by formulating and following planned sales strategies and company marketing programs
Be sensitive to the current individual needs of customers and prospects, and help them attain their goal through the proper utilization of the companys products and services
Assist and present to prospective customers in adapting company products to their own requirements and specifications
Understand and administer customer service, in accordance with company policy, in a mutually beneficial manner, to ensure lasting goodwill between the customer and the company
Provide information to customers on new and current products, pricing, and general order status
Seek new uses and applications for company products with present and prospective customers
Maintain and increase sales volume with established accounts and aggressively seek new customers by implementing planned sales, strategies, company marketing programs, and delivering service
Remain alert to competitive products and marketing practices, and keep management informed concerning them
Cooperate and communicate with all personnel in the customers organization in the execution of programs and policies
Honor commitments and exercise professional attitude at all times
Assume the obligations of good citizenship and participate in worthwhile community activities as a public relations asset to the company

Internal:
Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives and for maximizing profitable sales
- Operate in a safe manner in accordance with company policy
- Maintain up-to-date customer and territory records
- Prepare territory reports and expense reports as required and actively participate in the development of territory forecasts
Cooperate and assist fellow salespersons,marketing personnel, customer service, manufacturing, and other company personnel
Enthusiastically participate in company productivity and training programs
Recommend new products and the modification or deletion of present products to the line; assume leadership role in introduction of new products
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, self-development programs, conventions, association meetings and trade shows
Provide, as requested, training and evaluation of other sales personnel

Required Skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrate ability to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations by maintaining and developing working relationship
Possess good problem solving skills and the ability to discuss business issues and propose appropriate solutions
Maintain up to date records from a technical and commercial perspective
MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required

Required Experience

5-8 years in Concrete industry and/or related sales role in UAE
Must have clean driving record
Must have daily access to high-speed internet for daily reporting
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
