Senior Business Analyst

Our client is building a modern cross-border payments and financial infrastructure platform (exchange, clearing, messaging, digital currency) for banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a full-time Business Analyst to support product delivery and project coordination across the platform.

Profile summary

* 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role

* Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations)

* Solid skills in requirements gathering and analysis: workshops, interviews, user stories, use cases, process mapping, and data flows

* Hands-on experience writing clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining structured documentation

* Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams, and vice versa

* Experience supporting UAT: test case definition, coordinating testers, tracking defects, and sign-off

* Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, basic reporting, and drawing insights to support decisions

* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in chasing open issues and keeping everyone aligned

* Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, FX, cross-border transfers, ISO 20022/SWIFT, banking or financial operations

Engagement

* Full-time role, working closely with the founders, product, and engineering teams to support delivery and coordination across multiple workstreams

Languages and location

* Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)

* Location: strong preference for UAE, Dubai, with flexibility for remote candidates who are highly qualified
