Job Title – Civil Engineer – Structural

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer – Structural to support the design, analysis, and execution of structural works within a dynamic engineering and technical services environment. The role involves ensuring structural integrity, compliance with standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient projects.

Key Responsibilities
Structural Design & AnalysisPrepare and review structural designs, calculations, and technical drawings.Conduct structural analysis to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with project requirements.Evaluate materials and design specifications for various construction projects.Ensure all designs meet local codes and international standards.
Project Execution & Site SupportCoordinate with site teams to ensure proper implementation of structural designs.Provide technical support during construction and resolve on-site issues.Review construction progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings.Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure all structural works meet required quality standards and specifications.Conduct inspections and verify structural elements during construction.Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities.Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Coordination & CollaborationWork closely with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants.Participate in project meetings and provide technical inputs.Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth execution.Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
Reporting & DocumentationPrepare technical reports, calculations, and design documentation.Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and project updates.Support submission of documents to authorities and consultants.Ensure proper documentation for audits and project handovers.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.3–6 years of experience in structural design and site execution.Experience in engineering consultancy or technical services is preferred.
