About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and drive revenue growth within the office furniture and interior solutions sector. The role involves managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team to deliver customized workplace solutions across corporate and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.Identify new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, and government sectors.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into successful projects.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Client Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.Understand client requirements and propose tailored office furniture and workspace solutions.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Set clear KPIs and monitor performance through regular reviews.Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Foster a results-driven and collaborative team environment.
Project Coordination & ExecutionCollaborate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Oversee proposal development, quotations, and client presentations.Ensure timely execution of projects in line with client expectations.Support after-sales service and client follow-ups.
Sales Reporting & ForecastingPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management. Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure proper use of CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.6–10 years of experience in sales or business development within furniture, interiors, or related industries.Proven experience managing B2B clients and handling project-based sales.
